Two years ago, Channing Tatum played a small-town military hero who comes to blows with his best buddy in the Iraq War drama “Stop-Loss.”    Then last summer, Tatum starred as an elite soldier of fortune who takes on a notorious arms dealer in the futuristic action-adventure “G.I.
