Paul lives with his mom, who yells at him for his middle-of-the-night phone rants, his lack of ambition, his lack of interest in sex with…anyone but himself.   He’s not “normal” like his sister, not successful like his sleazy-lawyer brother. Paul can’t afford to get into Giants’ games. He sits and listens or watches them in the parking lot of the stadium. He lives and dies by the Giants, and for those late night blasts into his favorite chat show. His favorite player? That’s QB, Quantrell Bishop, a towering, dreadlocked defensive lineman who is the bane of quarterbacks throughout the league, with or without roid rage.
Paul’s dreams seem to be coming true as the Giants make their playoff run, and by accident, he and pal Sal spy QB gassing up the Escalade in Staten Island. They follow him, blow a wad of cash getting into the same pricey strip club he enters, all in the vain hope of “hanging out” with their hero.
