Manhattan Massage Parlors: Sting nets another faux masseuse in Watertown
Xiuhong Lan, 38, of 46 Beechwood Lane in New Hyde Park, N.Y., was arrested on Jan. 26 in a Main Street apartment and charged with sexual conduct for a fee.
On Jan. 25, police saw an ad for a massage on the classified site, Craigslist.org, and an undercover officer called to make an appointment. Around noon on the Jan. 26, the officer met Lan at 275 Main St., the Whitney Towers Apartments, in No. 605.
The apartment was allegedly unfurnished except for a laptop on a chair in the living room and a double bed in one of the bedrooms. Lan and the officer allegedly came to an agreement for sex for a fee, and Lan was arrested.
In October, a sex sting operation led to the arrest of three women working in massage parlors for offering sex in exchange for money.
