It wasn’t three days after Hyatt left King County Jail — released on bond for investigation of driving under the influence and with a suspended license — that police said he was back to being a criminal.
Hyatt, whose photo has not officially been released by Seattle police, allegedly punched a woman police officer in the face after crashing his SUV into a house in his attempt to elude her.
The officer tried to stop him after about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday after a conversation with two suspected prostitutes on Aurora. But Hyatt, 33, allegedly fled when she put her flashlight on his SUV.
