Manhattan Massage Parlors: Foxy Fido Brings Doggie Fashion to Southern California

It’s true that dog clothing and accessory lines continue to grow in popularity; according to the May 2010 edition of Los Angeles magazine, almost 40% of Los Angelenos now own clothes for their pets. Given the local celebrity culture and mild climate of Southern California, one can only presume that fashion is the primary objective (perhaps with function weighing in during the heat of summer or the rare sprinkle of rain). Along with fashion lines, dog-friendly restaurants, events, bakeries, and even doggie massage parlors are opening and quickly gaining a large following all over the Southland. It appears that this is a trend that is going to continue to grow as the small dog as pet becomes even more popular amongst the young and hip crowd, the 30 and 40-somethings without children, and the baby boomer empty-nesters.

Manhattan Massage Parlors: Queens Madam Allegedly Forced Women Into Sex Slavery

Jin Hua Cui A Queens madam has been arrested for allegedly living the high life at the expense of naive Korean girls. Responding to ads in Korean newspapers for nail technician work, the women were forced into prostitution by Jin Hua Cui, and threatened to tell their families they were prostitutes or “have Chinese gangs kill them” if they didn’t cooperate. The women were brought to two brothels disguised as nail salons in Long Island, one which advertised a “Stimulus Plan.”
According to Suffolk County DA Thomas Spota, “The victims were picked up daily in Flushing by the driver, co-defendant Sangyel Kuen of Flushing, and transported to massage parlors in Hicksville and Huntington Station.” They were forced to have sex for between $60 and $80, but Cui pocketed all the tips. Kuen pleaded guilty at an arraignment last week to promoting prostitution in the third degree. Detectives also searched Cui’s multi-million dollar home and the two brothels, discovering $20,000 in cash and over 1,000 condoms. Spota told the Post, “Her success came at a price to the women that she enslaved.”

Manhattan Massage Parlors: Sex Trafficking Arrests in Huntington Station

Cui would advertise for women to work in her nail salons and then would force them into prostitution by threatening to have Chinese gangs kill them if they didn’t cooperate. She also allegedly threatened to expose them as prostitutes in the community in Flushing if they didn’t perform sex acts with customers. She also told them they would be thrown out on the streets of Long Island if they did not participate.
Kuen has pled guilty to a class B felony. He said he was a participant as he was the driver for Cui. He drove the women to the nail salons/massage parlors from Flushing. He would pick them up on Parsons Boulevard in Queens and take them to Hicksville or Huntington Station, depending on which location they worked out of.
