Stripper Melissa Smith is saying she slept with James over a two-year period after meeting him through MySpace, Star magazine reports. Los Angeles photographer Brigitte Daguerre says she had sex with James four times after James hired her to help style a West Coast Choppers photo shoot. TMZ.com viewed dozens of “extremely graphic” text messages between her and James.
To top it off, TMZ also says that James had to pay a female executive at West Coast Choppers $700,000 in 2007 after she threatened to sue him for sexual harassment.

TMZ.com reported today that Brigitte Daguerre, a Los Angeles photographer, was hired in 2008 by James to be a stylist for a photo shoot at his store West Coast Chopper.
She said they only had sex four times — while he was married to the Oscar-winning actress — but that they texted and e-mailed each other for a year, TMZ reported.
Daguerre claims to have 195 text messages from James and according to TMZ, they’re very graphic.

She also claims that James, 40, repeatedly asked for pictures from Daguerre.
