According to TMZ, stripper Melissa Smith claimed that she had a wild two-year fling with the mechanic during his marriage to the actress.
It is thought that Smith has also had two serious brushes with police.
Last May, she served 20 days in a Los Angeles jail for beating an officer and resisting arrest.
Meanwhile, two days ago, the woman pleaded not guilty to a DUI charge.
