I think they’re glad it’s coming out, if for no other reason than perhaps I’ll stop talking about it so much. My family, specifically my mom, I’m a little concerned about… She wanted me to change some things, but I, you know, didn’t. So she’ll stop talking to me for about six weeks or so, but she’ll get over it. That’s standard procedure for Irish Catholics, really.
Any big plans for the release date celebration? Strippers and Cocaine?
You know, I’m not a big strip club guy: as a chubby guy with a beard who smacks of desperation, I walk into a strip club and it’s like I have a bullseye on me, like I might as well just give my ATM card to the bouncer at the door, tell him the PIN, and not even bother going in. So I don’t do the strip clubs, and as for cocaine, I don’t think it’s cool to do cocaine after age 25 unless you’re famous or really good-looking, so I’m obviously out. Instead I think we’ll have something a little more low key, like a happy hour or whatnot, capped off by a visit to

After three months of silence, Tiger Woods is expected to speak. He is scheduled to make a statement at 10 a.m. on Friday. People close to him say he will apologize for his behavior and discuss plans for the future. He is not expected to take questions.
Woods has managed to stay out of the spotlight ever since news of his infidelity broke Thanksgiving weekend when he crashed his SUV outside his home. Since then several women have come forward claiming they were sexually involved him.
Pictures from the location of where Woods will be speaking popped up on Twitter Friday morning, one showing strippers with a sign that read, “Tiger, can I be #16?”
FOX 4 News will be live streaming the event in its entirety. You can watch it here.

While Woods has been exposed throughout the Web as having committed adultery with waitresses, Reality stars and everyone in between, people seem to forget that this is truly none of our business. Tiger and Elin need to work things out or do what’s best for their family because it will be their family who actually become the victims in this saga.
Sports
What sports fans across the globe do have a right to know is if Tiger will ever swing the golf clubs again? This should be the question of the media and nothing more.
Only time will tell if Tiger will ever growl again. While his image has been tarnished, there is no dispute that Tiger Woods is the greatest golfer of his or any generation.
We have a right to know if he will ever stroll across the green again. We are not entitled to know if he will ever stroll across the strip club again.

Some residents and officials are worried about a new massage parlor that won approval in Middlesex Twp. The owner says it will be a legal service.
Friday, February 19, 2010 CHRISTINE BAKER, The Patriot-News
Neighbors and some officials say they fear the massage spa opening next to the adult book store along the Miracle Mile section of U.S. Route 11 — truck stop central in Cumberland County — will put the “sex” in Middlesex Twp.
In the next few weeks, Blue Spa will open next to Mature Fantasy, an adult book store. Township officials, who can’t ban such a business but only regulate it, recently approved the spa. But that doesn’t mean officials like the idea.
…
“What do we look like when we have a massage parlor next to the adult book store?” said Scott Shirey, a member of the township zoning hearing board.

Paterson Bombshell Story Reveals Gov’s Shocking… Laziness
Paterson with his wife at a banquet in Albany Sunday. (AP/Tim Roske)
For the second time this week, the New York Times has published a long, unfavorable look at Governor Paterson. Again, there are no reports of Paterson doing coke off strippers‘ tramp stamps during Executive Mansion swinger parties, but today’s profile is actually quite damning in its own way, painting a portrait of a lazy, careless politician who’s basically out to lunch. The low points:
Paterson routinely rolls into work at 10 a.m. and strolls out around 4:30. Sort of like banker’s hours—which would be cool if the state had any money. After Paterson took over, Dan Gundersen, the former head of the upstate ESDC, made 12 requests over about three months for a meeting with Paterson. It was never granted, and then he quit in June. “Governor Spitzer was completely engaged and responsive with me,” Gundersen recalled. His campaign is low on cash …

In a show of support, his wife Elin Nordegren also stepped out of hiding, decked head to toe in Nike gear, albeit without her wedding ring.
It was a far cry from the image beamed around the world a few weeks ago of an unshaven Tiger in a hoodie outside a sex-addiction clinic.
Tiger’s clean image was shattered when it was revealed New York nightclub “hostess” Rachel Uchitel was staying at Crown casino at the same time Woods was in Melbourne winning the Australian Masters.
Within days he crashed his car outside Florida mansion amid reports of a violent row with his 30-year-old wife over his philandering.
In the following weeks, more than a dozen party girls, strippers and cocktail waitresses claimed to have had sex with the world first billionaire sportsman.

Maybe it’s the recurring image of a little girl, soaking wet, that echoes the ghostly child in Kubrick’s mind-bending 1980 thriller. Or suspiciously consistent patient versions of an escape that is apparently impossible – an escape to nowhere. As Teddy’s own hallucinations increase, and debilitating migraines set in, it’s obvious all is not what it seems at Ashecliffe Hospital.
If you’ve read Lehane’s novel, you are reduced to looking for leaks of a final reveal that isn’t so much shocking as inexorable. Remarkable scenes from Teddy’s memory point to a past that may have been manipulated by trauma, a suspicion reinforced by a multi-hued score selected by Robbie Robertson from the works of John Adams, Krzysztof Penderecki, Brian Eno, Johnny Ray and Lonnie Johnson. Collectively, they are a soundtrack to schizophrenia.
Increasingly, as his fame and success have pulled him out of the gutter and into the gentlemen’s club, Scorsese’s movies look fabulous. Thanks to Robert Richardson’s camera and Dante Ferretti’s design, Shutter Island is no exception.

Tiger Woods is scheduled to break his months-long silence about the sex scandal that has plagued the world’s most famous athlete. It’s not clear how he will explain himself, though according to some reports Woods has been attending a private rehabilitation clinic in Mississippi that treats addictions — including sex addiction.
Infidelity is not uncommon among men (and women) all over the world. Plenty of people cheat on their spouses: according to one survey, 25 percent of men and 17 percent of women have been unfaithful. That, of course, doesn’t make them sex addicts.
Woods’s alleged actions — cheating on his wife with several women and/or visiting prostitutes—is not particularly unusual behavior, especially for a celebrity. Film stars and professional athletes have the money and power to indulge their illicit desires — as well as the ability to buy discretion. But when those desires spin out of control into divorce court (or, worse yet, failed endorsement deals), some seek professional help.
