Manhattan Strip Clubs: "11:00 PM – 12:00 AM"

The “previously on 24″ recap relentlessly reviews all of last week’s highlights, stoking the audience’s fire, building the excitement to a fever pitch and then dumping us intoJersey City???
Yep. A dive bar in Jersey City is the place where the Stooges have decided to blow off some steam, have a lap dance, or two, and drink some of the proceeds from their robbery.
Young, naïve Dana calls her old beau, Kevin, and reaches him mid-grope. She makes the point that now that she has done this favor for him, it’s time for him to split. She asks him to leave her apartment key under the mat.
Kevin dumps the stripper off his lap to take up a more private perch at the packed bar. He is pretty much convinced that this arrangement with Dana could be the start of a beautiful, and profitable, friendship. “Yeah, that ain’t gonna’ happen,” he snarls.

Manhattan Strip Clubs: Officers Won’t Face Federal Charges in Sean Bell Killing

Citing insufficient evidence, federal authorities said Tuesday that they would not bring a civil rights case against the New York City police officers involved in the killing of Sean Bell, a 23-year-old black man who was shot by the police outside a strip club in Queens on his wedding day.
